"A little gem tucked down the road (119) from Harbor Springs. We loved the casual atmosphere of the hotel and the restaurant was to die for. Food and service was excellent, menu choices were changed daily as we ate there the two nights we stayed at the Otis. Try the breakfast burrito for breakfast. Cheers to the staff…"

"Room clean but whole 2nd floor had an odd smell. Staff at front desk didn't seem very knowledgeable and had to make calls for things like upgrading or moving to a different room, late check out etc. TV in our suite was located so that you were unable to view from the pull down bed. Did not visit the restaurants on site but the small pool we had access to was nice but the corresponding swim to hot tub was not set to hot tub temperature and controls locked down so you weren't able to access. Jets were not set on jet mode and more like a whispering flow. Jet tub in room didn't work as tub didn't allow you to fill water past the jets...disappointing."

"5/5 Stars - Fantastic Stay at Best Western! We stayed two nights during the busy summer season and it was amazing. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with crisp linens and great pillow options. Check-in was quick and seamless, and every staff member we met was exceptionally friendly. A major highlight was the delicious breakfast spread—they had everything from real eggs, sausage, and ham to fresh waffles, cinnamon rolls, cereals, fruit, and yogurt. We also thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The location is perfect because it is close to the beach, restaurants, and local activities, yet stays remarkably quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!"
