We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. Check in was very efficient. Room spacious and clean. En suite shower / toilet clean too. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well, without any problems. Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre. There aren't really any minus points here at all. One small one for me was my disability so the sofa area was a bit low for me but this place (and I'm always reluctant to let everyone know when I find a diamond place to stay) was otherwise perfect.
