"Staff were very good, facilities in the room were good - the environment lovely with the WsterMill and the stream - good bed - good black out curtains - welcome water / enough tea for morning and evening - breakfast plentiful - but to tinned fruit - rather than fresh - not very inviting croissants - did not have cooked breakfast - we would stay again - pleasant modern design - welcoming staff!!!"

"What can I say, this place did not disappoint. It was so relaxing, grounds were beautiful. The amenities were on point, only laking air conditioning. I had my small hand fan with me so this was enough to cool me down. Room was slightly small but ok for 1 person.. I wanted to stay a further night tho they had no availability. I had a massage and facial, very enjoyable. Will visit again."

"Easy to find the hotel and enough parking. The reception team were happy informative and helpful booking us in quickly. Our room was clean and air-conditioning worked well. We had a wonderful meal that was served quickly and the kids free meals were generous portions. The team worked the food and drinks were super excellent service and nothing was to Much trouble we felt really well looked after. The foosball table was a big hit with the children. Overall really happy with everything and will definitely use the hotel again when we go to Legoland. "

"The staff from checking in to checking out were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a nice size , as with all this type of hotel there is not enough draw space other than that it was more than adequate. Besides breakfast we ate in the restaurant twice , the food was nice cooked and tasty. The price was very good. The only complaint I had was having to pay for the car park because I booked through Expedia and welcome break.com"

"Couldn’t fault the room I stayed in , however a family member also stayed and she didn’t have a/c in her room and was given a fan , apparently not all the rooms have a/c. On check out , there was only one man on reception and it took 40 mins to check out. My refund still hasn’t gone back onto my card for the £50 holding fee, waiting 2 weeks after. Bar staff were very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on and also ran out of paper in the machine multiple times which caused further delays."
