"Beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly, made is feel very welcome. Great food in both restaurants - good vegetarian options. Great cocktails. Comfy bed, good shower. Expensive, but this was a birthday treat :)"

"What an incredibly beautiful and luxurious experience! The Langley is a great place to go to pamper yourself. The spa was fabulous and the massage with Revekah is highly recommended. Everyone was super friendly and the room was clean and cozy. The food was delicious and I recommend the chunky fries (sooooo good). My room had a terrace which was a lovely spot for tea. I kept the patio door open at night and the silence around the property is amazing. It was a very serene, peaceful, restorative stay and I hope to visit again in the future. Of special note was Jana, working in reception, who was so kind and friendly. Thank you, Jana!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and booked a grand double room on the second floor as no suites were not available. There was plenty going on during our stay a wedding and other functions but the site was well staffed with a very helpful and efficient team. The room was very nice and clean with plenty of room, a great bathroom and a large super comfy queen bed dressed in quality bedding, plenty of parking surrounding the site but expect to park in the rear carpark at busy times which is only a short walk around the building back to reception. The main restaurant was closed for dinner but the bar seating area was a comfortable place to be and the food was awesome. Breakfast was in the main restaurant and there was a wide selection to choose from on the buffet hot and cold. The hotel has a very relaxed feel to it, the building transition from old to new is exceptional. The outside space was pleasant to use and well maintained, with plenty of seating areas. There is a very handy M&S food mini store within a petrol station just across the road if the need arises as the restaurant closes around 9pm. A couple of very minor feedbacks for the hotel, they might want to consider changing the orange juice and breads for toasting on the breakfast buffet. Also in room the LED's of the TV, the Aircon and the media player and the light bleed under the entrance door could be and issue for some. We didn't expect a whirlpool bath and ours didn't work which was a tiny disappointment."

"I was sceptical of booking this hotel as I was on my own, but it was fantastic I felt very safe it was spotlessly clean and the gentleman on reception was very helpful,and they do not take breakage deposit which also put me off booking no needed to have worried.you cannot go upstairs or use lift without you room key ,so it stops random people accessing the hotel"

"We stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast package There was good choice on the dinner menu and we enjoyed both that meal and breakfast the following morning . Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable . The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is free for guests"

Grovefield House Hotel By Uno -FREE PARKING

"Lovely old estate with a fantastic new entryway. Exceptional breakfast. Bathrooms have been recently renovated and are top notch. The rest of the place is a little worn. Staff/management should do the kiosk thing for themselves. Managment/staff requires patrons to negotiate a kiosk to register their car and then they require patrons to write out exactly the same information on one of their forms. Inefficient and insulting. Our receiving staff member gave us the wrong time for breakfast start time. Given the hotel is 10 minutes from Heathrow and likely has a number of guests with early morning flights, getting the time for breakfast beginning right matters. Fortunately, we fact checked the staff member and were able to make breakfast - which was very good. My room was a little to close to the nightclub attached to the hotel and weekend celebration at the "bar/grill" didn't stop until about midnight. Not horrible, but not great. All things considered, the prices more or less reflect the imperfections and the overall experience was acceptable. We'd probably consider another nearby option, but would be willing to stay at the Grovefield House again, if only for that super breakfast ;-)"
