"Location on the map is wrong. No emails received with instructions. WiFi not working. TV functioning but no connected to any aerial or Internet, so not working. No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still... And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off. I do not write bad reviews a lot, but I thought I should write one so other people know what to expect... "

"Absolutely no communication from the host until the last minute, who then told us on the day were were supposed to check in that the accomodation shouldn't have been advertised on this site and to request a refund. Completely let down and a very stressful day trying to find alternative accomodation."
