"Our stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. One particularly absurd moment was being charged €8 for a coffee from a basic machine.
