Had to stay here a couple of days as our car broke down in the area and we had to wait for a specialist to see it. The hotel is fine, you get what you pay for. Clean rooms with good size. Free parking and the fact that they are dog friendly is a big plus. 30 minute walk to Bayonne centre. Not much else around the property as it is in an industrial park type area.

Nice stopover

Good location just on the outskirt of city centre. Easy check in/out with friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Outside patio area to relax in. Restaurant not open on a Sunday evening. Would stay again for an overnight stop.

Wonderful Staff but location not good.

Hotel was dated and very noisy, person above had TV full volume until 1:30am. Had an adjoining door in our room, person in next door smoking and coughing all night. Traffic outside was very noisy. On the plus side Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had an enjoyable evening meal which was very tasty.

We’ve stayed at a few pet friendly hotels over the years here as it’s our first stop over en route and this hotel is in a good location, overall clean and tidy . Breakfast is fine although I always think these continental breakfast’s are over priced .

One of the better Campaniles

One of the better campanile hotels, not as run down as others such Rouen Sud. Staff friendly and helpful, plenty of free parking and perfect for the motorway. Definitely would stay here again.

We left as soon as we arrived. It was disgusting there. The first room stank of smoke and the second room offered was next door to someone running repair business down below in the car park.

Disappointing overnight stay

The bedroom was shabby compared to other Campanile hotels. Only 2 threadbare towels, a tear in duvet cover & poor quality pillows. However the staff were very friendly & the food was good. A coach load of teenagers on a school trip were too noisy at night for us other guests

Après avoir signalé qu'il n'y avait plus de gel douche et que l'abatant des toilettes ,le premier jour au petit déjeuner l'employé m'a indiqué qu'il ferait le nécessaire. Le soir a mon retour rien n'avait bougé, je me suis donc rendu a la réception pour redemander le remplacement du gel douche et la fixation correcte du couvercle des toilettes, l'employée en place m'a juste donné un poche de gel douche qu'il m'a fallu installer moi même . J'ai eu de la chance qu'elle ne me propose pas une caisse a outils pour réparer les toilettes ! Le sol de la salle de bains et de la chambre étaient très sale , le ménage ainsi n'a pas été effectué durant toute la semaine. le seul point positif reste peut être le petit déjeuner qui est correct. Les hôteliers se plaignent de la concurrence des RBNB , mais ils ne font pas d'efforts (du moins celui-ci pour inciter la clientèle a revenir). Pour ma part je voyage régulièrement a titre professionnel et ne remettrais pas mes valises dans ce lieu.
