Serene, beautiful grounds,quality fixture and fittings, spotlessly clean.Stafff charming. Overall the room was very comfortable the bed was superb. Will certainly be using again, hopefully on a regular basis.

Great stay, comfortable and well designed room. Warm friendly welcome. The ac didn’t work but it was very cold outside so we opened the window. Ambient temperature in the room was too warm for sleeping otherwise. Apart from this perfect stay, clean well appointed room and super quiet. Gym is a bit sparse so wouldn’t bother with this.

Easy hotel, great value nice rooms

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Small honesty market for things like pasta, sauce, porridge, ice cream, essential toiletries etc. Quick links to Stratford/Westfield, O2 and Excel

We loved the room very comfortable bed nice shower we used the Bluetooth Speaker that was good half an hour away from Leister Square in London went to the bar in Ruby Stella nice Atmosphere

Great location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and spacious rooms with fully stocked amenities. Could not ask for a better hotel.

Clean, great views across London

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great hotel in an excellent location for our sightseeing visit. Staff are super friendly and the beds are very comfortable. For our next stay in London, we will be returning. Breakfast choice was great to!
