"Had a lovely sea view room, beds comfy, only unfortunate thing was we had to nip down and ask for more toilet rolls as there was only a bit left on the roll on arriving in room. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and staff were all friendly. Towels were lovely and soft too."

"We had a very comfortable room that catered for our needs for a long weekend away. Its a great base, lots of bars and restaurants close by, a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the bus station if you fancy a short bus trip to other nearby beaches. The parking permit is a great help. We would happily stay here again."

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely incredible stay at Saltmoore over August Bank Holiday weekend. We stayed in a balcony room at The Beach House and it was so beautiful, overlooking the trees and all you could hear was birds and the river. The room was beautiful, with a gorgeous bathroom and super soft robes; they even left prosecco for us as I was celebrating my birthday! We had dinner in the brasserie and the food was outstanding, as was the full Saltmoore breakfast the next morning. The lounge bar was super cosy and I loved that it was dog friendly too. Most of all we were blown away by the service. Everyone was so lovely, but a special thank you to FOH manager Lucy, who came to get us in the hotel's car when ours broke down twenty minutes up the road! This was a 10/10 stay from start to finish and we will be back again soon!"

"Room was lovely, nice sea view, though the only consideration would be that the window could have done with a wipe on the outside to make the best of the view. Breakfast and staff at breakfast were fab. Location was great"

"I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed my stay. I booked a single room and would say it was a small double. Well furnished with good ensuite facilities. The hotel was clean and well managed, corridors to the rooms was a little tired in places, but public areas and bedrooms were immaculate. A good selection of continental and full English items available for self-service at breakfast. Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. I used the swimming pool and enjoyed an early morning swim, I didn't use the other spa facilities or the gym which appeared well equipped. Only on street parking available for which the hotel provided a parking disk which covered from check in to check out times. Definitely reccomend this hotel and look forward to staying here again"
