"I booked it online and paid for superior room, however to our surprise we were given a very small, clumsy room with foul smell. Lizards and cockroaches were wandering in room and AC was not working. After complain at reception he showed us 7-8 rooms, all were of the same condition. some how we chose one room as it was 12 mid night and we had no option as we paid in advance online.
