Large, open living area with electric fireplace, breakfast area, and spacious kitchen open to the living room. Tile flooring throughout living area and kitchen, laundry located through kitchen. Master bedroom is located just off living room and has large walk-in closet. Master Bathroom has double vanities, garden tub and walk in shower. Guest room and nursery are located just off the foyer and share a full bathroom. Large backyard with sunroom for relaxing. Great neighborhood for families and includes picnic area and pool!
