"Before we even left for the trip I received a call from the owners, Tina and Joe, to wish us a safe trip and make sure we had her cell number in case we needed anything or if there was anything at the property that needed attention. They also contacted to let us know we could check in early if we wanted to. They are the kindest down home folks you’ll ever meet or speak with. Honestly, I walked in and thought it was heavenly! Everything was spotless, smelled so fresh, and fully stocked with everything you needed to cook with. Towels and linens all looked new with WiFi included and able to get movie channels. Did I mention it took me about a minute and a half to walk to the ocean. Sitting on the balcony in the evening listening to the waves was a memory on its own. We will definitely be booking our next trip right here!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has plenty of space for everyone, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and cooking. There were games and books there as well. The elevator was so nice when loading and unloading. The dunes are realy high and do block some of the ocean view but that's just nature. There were a couple of issues while we were there. The wifi was knocked out during a storm but the manager got it restored quickly. The master bedroom is considerably warmer than the other rooms, maintenance came out and did something with the duct work but it didn't make a difference. The jacuzzi in the master bath didn't work, a work order was placed but it wasn't resolved while we were there. These issues weren't a huge deal just a minor bump in the road. However, you can tell the cleaning services rushes through, this home is in need of a deep clean and general maintenance."

"Beautiful home & exact to pictures/description. Tons of room for our family. The beds were all very comfortable & love that they had private bathrooms for pur grp of 8 adults & 2 infants. Great location away from all the tourists. Very peaceful & will stay here again. Also, check in/out was super easy."

"Great house to stay in for a family trip. House is beautiful and spacious. Only complaints are that the living room is rather small with limited furniture and beds are very firm/springy. Not a deal-breaker for me though. Beach access is decent. It’s a little longer than most houses I’ve stayed at because the boardwalk is shared with multiple houses, but it’s definitely manageable. Storage room downstairs is the best part. You can lock up all your beach gear and bikes. It’s absolutely massive with plenty of complimentary gear to use and a decent grill. Kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms are nice and clean. AC keeps the house cool. Plenty of room for parking. Owner was easily accessible. 9.5/10."

"Me, my kids and grandkids stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this property. And will be back again!!! Plenty of room!!! The outdoor was a plus and also being right there on the beach. The host was available for all the questions I had, responded immediately."

"This tiny home was perfect for just my dog and I having a quick, last minute get away to the beach! The nature trail was so pleasant to walk down. The home provided everything we needed, and I even found some rosemary growing on the property that I was able to cook with! Folks were staying in the big house on the property and they were super nice. I was a little nervous about that, but the tiny home is very private with thick curtains. I didn't hear any noice either. If you bring your dog, watch out for the cactus in the front yard. She stumbled into some that neither of us had noticed, even though she was leashed. It was a pain to get it all out of her. Definitely don't let your dog run free! I would definitely stay here again!"
