"We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes please! While we were at dinner she brought towels but room never did get cleaned. That's never happened to us before."

"Pool was supposed to be heated. It was cold. Water damage on the floor they put us on and there were dehumidifiers in the hall. It smelled awful. The carpets were terribly stained. Will not stay here again. Staff was extremely nice though. Loved the pastry man in the breakfast area. "

"The property was as described. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of places to eat, and grocery stores were nearby. THe beach is across the street, about a block away. The only hitch was that the door wouldn't open. The host helped us resolve the issue with the keypad. "

"This was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days at the beach. We did the NCAA volleyball tournament and it was a quick walk to the gate. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect to cook in after a long day in the sand! We can’t wait to book this again for next year!! If you are looking for a beach getaway, this place is perfect. "
