"Condo was the perfect size for myself and 3 other adults. The large oceanfront balcony was amazing and had plenty of seating for 4 adults. We saw many dolphins out in the ocean from the balcony! The condo had a storage spot for beach chairs so that everything didn’t have to be lugged back up each day, which was great. The beach wasn’t overly crowded, even for the busy summer months. The condo was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient for dining and entertainment. Danielle was amazing with communication and explained everything in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this property! "Stayed here for the Sand in your Boots festival. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the festival venue and for that I will say it was awesome. The condo itself was nothing spectacular for the overall cost. It was basic, has basic amenities and nothing extra like cooking spices or things of that nature that I've had in other places I've stayed. It got the job done by providing us a place to lay our heads at night, although the beds were hard and squeaky. They did not have black out curtains or shades...only a basic curtain over the sliding glass doors and blinds over the windows, so if any sort of light bothers you, you will definitely need eye masks or a pillow over your head. I did the latter. The stairs to enter the condo are terribly steep, so beware if you have issues navigating even normal stairs. The water pressure was great and plenty of hot water for showers. The walk-in shower on the first floor was quite snug. They did provide extra toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries so that was good. You could hear the people outside at the pool the evening after the fest concluded but that wasn't the host's fault. Overall it worked for what we needed, but I would definitely choose a different place in the future to stay if I returned to Gulf Shores and wasn't limited due to an event. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this unit! Very good impression when you walked in--clean, well-decorated, just what you would want. Everything worked, listing accurate. Peek-a-boo view of the water. (Know that main view from balcony is side of another building.) Pleasant to sit on balcony, patio furniture comfortable. Main bedroom has king size bed, soft mattress but found it VERY comfortable and got great sleep. Didn't use second bedroom. Bathroom well-equipped, good storage, and places to hang towels.Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed (did minimal cooking).It is second floor unit, but since the building is raised renters should know that it is 3 flights up with no elevator. Worked for us (and we are age 62 and 71) but could be difficult for some folks to carry their stuff up.The main attraction, the beach, was easy to access and wonderful. Enjoyed the (very clean) pool as well.Would rent again! Thanks!"

"The unit size was perfect for us. The views were amazing. The pool, beach access, lobby, etc were easy to use and clean. This is not a deal breaker but the unit could use some updating, little things broken or simple maintenance not completed and there was only one dresser in the master bedroom(weird). Overall it was good for what we needed for a beach vacay. I would stay again but if found a similar updated unit may select that instead. "
