"Clean and helpful. Beautiful view. And close to all the attractions."

"Comfortable, spacious room. They had all the amenities you’d need - a stocked kitchen, 2 TV’s, lots of rooms downstairs to hang out, a pool. The room also had both composting AND recycling, which was welcome to see - not everyone bothers. It’s also convenient - very close to the sites, but not right in them middle of everything so it’s quieter. Plus, a great diner downstairs!"

"Very nice property. Staff was very nice and helpful. In room coffee was actually good as was the complimentary breakfast. Location was an easy walk to the inner harbor and the Canada day fireworks were literally right across the street!"

"Super close to downtown Victoria and close to highway accesss as well. Very central to both options. Can be a little noisy from traffic but it’s not really a big deal. They provide earplugs for your comfort."

On arrival as a gold member I would had preferred more signs indicating where we need to check in as I waited inline for 15mins to check in only to be told to go to another floor. Also the elevators were not clearly visible so we did get frustrated at getting list all the time. Other than that it was perfect "
