Wonderful and professional customer service. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. There is a wonderful bar and restaurant located on the main floor. The hotel is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. We had a car, but hardly used it as we were able to walk to everything around us. Would highly recommend Hotel Rialto and would definitely stay there again when we visit Victoria. The manager, Arlene, and her staff helped me locate an item I left behind and so kindly walked me through the process to get it mailed back to me. The customer service goes above and beyond for the guests.

Perfect location. Close to everything Staff was great. Was a little concerned about location not knowing anything about the area but the place is a great deal. It’s not the ritz but it’s spacious and clean and you can walk to everything. I’d stay here again
