I stayed at the Mods for the Foo Fighters concert. The photos on the website show an older boutique hotel that looks like it has been nicely remodelled. In person the building is dated, the rooms are very average for what I paid (almost $400!) I assume the prices were jacked due to the concert but the Moda is not worth $400, absolutely insane. One positive is the location is perfect, close to everything.

Location was good. Walking distance to the village. Our room was dated and dark. The balcony was under construction, so no access available to go outside. Front desk did comp our parking for that inconvenience. Staff were friendly.

"Wasn't greeted very well by the front desk staff. We arrived at 10om and were immediately told to be quiet as there were sleeping elders on the property. Wasn't able to understand the English spoken by the front desk staff at night. The morning staff were brilliant"
