Nice place to stay, the only thing I was disappointed in was the Hot water, I was on the 2nd floor and I had to run the Hot water for so long just for it to warm up , I could have had a shower and then some b4 the Hot water started to come, Then it never did get hot. Lots to see around the farm, great place for the kids.

8.8/10 Excellent! (218 reviews)
This is an excellent location for sightseeing Victoria. Had trouble checking in because the code that was given was incorrect, so had to call AK for help. He came to the rescue. The apartment was sweet, but could have had some comfy chairs & the coffee maker wasn't working because the machine needed to be descaled & there weren't descaling products there. That was actually quite a bummer, but coffee shops are close by. Then we went to enjoy some time on the deck & was shocked that the two potted trees were dead along with another planter that had dead plants in it too (someone put a fake plant planter in with the dead tree). It was hard to relax also, looking around at copious amounts of seagull poop all over the deck, furniture cushions & separating walls between two patios. It felt like it hasn't been cared for in a very long time. The seagulls had pooped all over the skylights & would often wake us in the middle of the night. Earplugs were included. We definitely paid too much. I also think that it wouldn't take much to show some care & bring it back to life. Since there was a hose within reach of all the dead plants on the deck, it could easily be re-planted & cleaned up. I would say we were disappointed at the lack of care & definitely not worth the price in the condition it was in. We've been coming to Victoria for a good 17 years & this was our first time staying at Waddington flats. Hopefully, they bring it back to life. Has tons of potential!
