The team at Opus were beyond amazing, Very friendly, courteous, helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend them more. Plus the location of the Opus is convenient to everything. Will definitely book again in the future!

Stay was great. Room had a lovely view, location was perfect while we attended a concert. The only issue was 1 elevator was down so it took a while getting up and down sometimes. Overall we’d stay here again.

Seems like it would have been a nice place when it first opened, but there were a ton of issues with the room. Doors that don’t close properly, missing cupboard handles, duct tape on the floor, shoddy construction work all around which is really starting to show. The coffee was also a major disappointment. They have good beans on offer from a local roaster, but the supplies to make the coffee (coffee maker and pour-over set) aren’t up to the task. The coffee maker especially was nearly impossible to figure out and constantly came out watery and bitter. On the plus side, communication with the staff was alright, in-suite laundry was a nice touch, and the gym was well equipped enough for a short stay. I would recommend staying somewhere else in the area given the price.

Parking is convenient and enough street parking with meters and other side of sussux st gives free 2h free parking. I booked via Expedia and was told only lower level floor can be provided to guest with pet. Not only get moved to lower floor, the front desk lady even moved room type to be one queen bed though I booked 1 king and 1 sofa bed, which is ridiculous. The hotel was just next to the train so expect the noise running till very late 1AM, especially in lower floor.
