Built for comfort and serenity. Delightful spot with a great personality to it. Very kind and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfasts. Close to harbor environment and a lot of very fun opportunities within walking distance. Would definitely stay her again on another trip to Victoria.

The property has a nice old school vibe. Very helpful and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast is great. It’s a small walk to the harbour, which some may not like, but we were fine with.

Fabulous boutique hotel, circa 5 min walk to the waterfront. Beds are so so comfy and the freshly cooked breakfasts will keep you going all day long. The staff can't do enough for you and if we return to Victoria we would definitely choose this hotel!! A hidden gem

Charming property. Everything was perfectly anticipated to ensure a delightful stay. The staff was so eager to help with everything. The breakfast was unbelievable. The sheets were heavenly. The location is ideal if you want to walk a few blocks to the waterfront. We did have to carry luggage up 2 flights, but the staff would've assisted had we accepted their help. This is the place to stay if you want the authentic Victoria experience. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Abigail's overall. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Had a peaceful sleep and stay. Nice touches, like the complimentary breakfast and snacks & tea in the afternoon. Within walking distance to downtown, so no vehicle was required. Would definitely stay here again, but be sure to book early, as rooms sell out!
