The living space of 270 m² is spread over two levels and offers a high level of comfort for up to eight adults. You enter the villa via a beautiful entrance area with stairs to the lower living level. There is a very spacious living-/dining area with numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace areas in front. The modern and very complete equipped kitchen, which is accessible from the dining area, offers all desirable features such as a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave and coffee machine at eye level: Ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine at eye level, two fridge-freezers, ice maker and wine fridge – there is also a further dining area. In addition to the kitchen, a hallway leads to a utility room and a bedroom (1) with a double bed and access to the terrace in front as well as an en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and WC. The 1st floor is equipped with the – master bedroom (2) with double bed, large windows with panoramic view and wrap-around balcony with sea view – bathroom en suite with double washbasin, bathtub, walk-in shower and separate WC – attractive bedroom (3) with double bed and slightly sloping ceiling – bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC as well as access to the balcony in front – bedroom (4) with double bed and access to a balcony in front, also with sea view – bathroom en-suite with washbasin, bathtub and WC There is also a further guest WC in the entrance area. The approx. 1,680 m² plot is very attractively planted and well maintained. Numerous terrace areas offer plenty of space to relax and in front of the kitchen area there is a large dining area with a gas BBQ on the covered terrace. Embedded in a teak terrace, the 10 x 4 m heated swimming pool (depth: +/- 1.50 m) is located one level below and can be reached via a few steps. Eight sun loungers, a lounge seating area and parasols are available for a relaxing time by the pool and to enjoy a panoramic landscape and sea view. The property is accessed via an electric gate and up to three vehicles can be parked inside the property. A double garage would also be available if required.
