Nice room with all the useful things you'd expect and more (ensuite bathroom with shower, decaf coffee and tea - appreciated! As well as normal tea and coffee, milk, kettle, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. even a multi-adapter cable by the bed to charge your phone etc!) About 25 walk to the hospital, probably able to catch a bus there too. Short walk to food places including Co-Op and fast food. We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. My other half's birthday, celebrated by staying here and dining in Oxford. Laura ( the owner & hubby) were fantastic, the four poster was beautiful and room so very appealing and comfortable, you have use of own lounge too with Piano ! Overall a lovely hideaway.... just remember wellies as this is a working Horse Stables, Thank you guys, you were fab and so was the venue :) Breakfast was beautiful too x

Great location for a stroll into Oxford. The breakfast was beautifully cooked with really good quality ingredients. Our room (No6) was at the rear on the first floor and not enormous but vey comfy and spotless with everything we needed. We were more than happy with the rate charged, particularly as we were able to park our car on site and not worry about expensive city centre parking. The staff were great and we plan to return to stay again very soon. Thanks for a great weekend!
