"Stayed here for one night for business purposes. Wasn’t quite sure when I initially arrived, but was very pleasantly surprised! Had everything - TV, fridge (with milk!), ice, utensils, VERY COMFY DOUBLE bed, en-suite bathroom. Only drawback was there’s no terrestrial TV! Very very good place to stay though!"

"My husband and I stayed in this lovely studio flat so we could celebrate his 80th birthday wandering around his childhood haunts in Chingford. Locationally perfect for us, this beautiful little Studio flat catered for our every need, and with a number of extra touches thrown in. Tastefully decorated throughout in white and grey, and highlighted with a touch of a yellow gold cushion, the total effect was light, clean, pleasing on the eye and restful. "This hotel is great, and a perfect place for travelers arriving to London late or departing early. As airport hotels go, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. My only wish is that they improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. It’s not terrible, but if you stay there you’re captive to the dining choices, and I have to believe they can be much better. The bar is great, however."

"Excellent reception experience. The young lady was so very helpful and caring. I am 75 and she was so patient. The only downside is £1.90 for soda water. Most pubs charge 0 or a nominal amount. This is a hotel and there was the service of the water but the profit margin must be enormous and I admit to feeling exploited. However room was very nice as was WiFi. I would recommend and stay again"

"I booked a single room which was basic but had everything I needed for a quick stopover. The hotel is on the flight path so expect to hear the planes! The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with outside seating . Food was good, restaurant staff very friendly. Just a tip (and nothing to do with the hotel) if you book a taxi at the airport from the only taxi supplier to the hotel and back , it’s going to cost best part of £50! "
