"Hotel location is fantastic close to everything. The staff was very helpful. They found out that were in Monaco for the first time and our trip was only for one night so they upgraded us to a room with a balcony and a better view."

"We really enjoyed our stay in spring here! The weather was gorgeous and everything so green and lush. The reception was amazing and helpful for booking our gondola trips and recommendations for good restaurants. They didn’t have a fridge in the room but they were able to store our goods in their private fridge behind the desk. Very helpful staff and the spa was very good. Nice sauna and pool with delicious teas to enjoy. Lots of free movies and shows to watch on TV in the room. Close to the main gondola and many good restaurants. Book your parking in advance otherwise you’ll be paying double at the local parking lots. Will definitely return in the winter for some skiing."

Just not what one would expect at this price point. No hair dryer in the room and no milk for coffee. Price was €1,200 for the room for the night so you would expect more "
