Beautiful hotel, in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we will definitely be back in future.

excellent welcome on reception with a woman who gave us a little toy for our dog. it’s a little think but it means a lot.

We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars.

We all loved the hotel but it did have a musty smell in the room. The only other negative was the fact our room was hot. I had no idea if we had ac or not. Other than the above we loved Chamonix and would love to come back.

Hotel is in a great location. Pool and spa on roof, amazing. Room had glorious views of the mountain. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Excelsior Hotel, the staff were very helpful and accommodated for our requests, and especially the lady who managed the reception desk at night was very nice.
