"Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! "The hotel has a stunning view of lake and mountains. We had a lake view room, which was absolutely worth it. The spa is great- highly recommend the massage and body scrub. The terrace is a fantastic place to sir and have a drink, enjoy the view of the lake. Here the staff were inattentive to those customers sitting at the far end. Otherwise the staff were great and treated us to a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit cheesecake for our wedding anniversary. We would definitely return!"
