(1,000 reviews) Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to the bus station and just a short walk from the town centre. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the convenience and overall experience made it worthwhile. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the front-of-house team in particular were excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was quite late, which wasn’t ideal after travelling, but everything else ran smoothly. Having a ski shop within the hotel was a big plus and made organising equipment very easy. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner and the food was good. Breakfast, however, was quite expensive, so we ended up opting to eat elsewhere in the mornings. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The location, helpful staff, and on-site ski facilities made things easy, and I would definitely stay here again. (179 reviews) We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next door which was handy. (224 reviews) The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. The village has some great restaurants and bars, if a little light on entertainment spaces, but a short lift ride up to 2000 provided more of this if needed. It was also great to visit some of the on-piste bars and restaurants for some mid ski refreshment.
