"We had a great stay. One small inconvenience- disposition of rubbish. The outdoor trash bins were full we we got there and were not serviced during our week-long stay, making it impossible for us to take out indoor rubbish upon our departure. "

"Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island."

"The location is fantastic, and the living room set up etc of the place is just fine and as advertised. But there are aspects that were problematic. First, check in: the key box is hard to find and covered in dog urine. Really unpleasant. Second, the patio is unusable. It was filthy. Third, the kitchen is very impractical to use, and the smoke detector was way overly sensitive. And there were no wine glasses! Come on. Finally, and this was a bummer, the hot water heater went out and had...

"Modern apartment, very well located in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 minutes from a supermarket, with nearby bus and metro connections to the city center. Plenty of amenities are provided and the beds are comfortable. I definitely recommend it!"
