"It was great value for money. All the staff were pleasant and helpful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and well presented and the bed was extremely comfortable. The property was quiet and we slept well. The hosts were also very warm and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Brooklyn House and would stay again!"

"The staff made this hotel."

"Great location, friendly staff clean pleasant rooms, decent value with a nice breakfast included"

"Lovely apartment with everything we needed as a home away from home. Would be a great place to stay for a little longer. Good communication and helpful information from Jubed throughout the whole process from booking to check out.We would highly recommend and will stay again if we come back to Alexandra Palace "

"Nice"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"Beautiful setting onto a lake. Was a very good stay"
