One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.

The room was great, spacious, excellent shower and bath. The balcony was huge. The resort was definitely very family friendly. Kids club was very good

Fantastic hotel AAA+ Great food great facilities and great staff 👍🏼 Some nice touches too when we informed them before arrival it was our 10th wedding anniversary .Couldn't fault the place and had a really relaxing stay. Had the best steak ever at the onsite restaurant Zucos .The private pool was heated, the fridge was filled with welcome drinks and the staff never stopped smiling . Great holiday and hoping to return with more friends and family next year .

We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes! Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Where do I begin? An absolutely superb hotel located up in the hills not too far from the beach. Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

The staff are amazing so friendly and always smiling. There is so much choice for food so there is something for everyone. The entertainment was out of this world. There is lots to do for kids too. The hotel is spotlessly clean. You can not fault this hotel. Really impressed on my 1st experience and I will be coming again. I spoke to a lot of people there and it was there 2nd time for a lot of them. The snack bar is so fresh and you will never go hungry. The drinks are on tap to help yourself....

Really nice hotel to use as a base to explore southern Tenerife. I've stayed at many other hotels over my last 15 visits to the island. This was the best. Easy to walk to many restaurants and bars.

Loved the vibe of the hotel. Liked the DJs by the large pools. Nice designed hotel rooms with excellent showers and an empty fridge.
