"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "
"Great location to stay with a dog; dog allowed in front area of restaurant; plenty of dog bowls available and brown towel for dog in the room; nice walk along the river.
Great food and service "

"Friendly, helpful staff. If I could change anything it would be more variety on the room service menu for vegetarians. Limited choice and I’d add biscuits to the tea and coffee tray.
The rooms are a nice size and the air con is pleasant and quiet. "
"Celtic Manor is a huge resort that is beautifully presented. We stayed in the Manor House which is lovely and full of charm albeit a little tired in places. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Adventure Golf is fun. We also had Sunday lunch at Rafters which was delicious, with great service and fantastic views.
The car park is not too close to the Manor House and is quite pricey. Just a consideration not to deter you as all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. "
