"What a wet, windy but wonderful weekend away we had at this beautiful little cabin in wales! I adore christmas so coming in to the cute decor was a bonus. Everything was carefully thought out with the little details. It was a lovely place to come back to after 2 very wet walks with the dog! "We were met by Nick upon arrival. He is a very friendly and approachable chap, who gave us a tour of the Glamping Tents, how to use the wood burning stove and general tips and pointers. The tent was unexpectedly well equipped, as was the kitchenette and shower. These guys REALLY pull out all the stops to make sure that you have THE BEST experience possible. "We had a fantastic time at the Homestead. Felt very welcome. The facilities were exceptional and the attention to detail was great. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely area of the country. Couldn’t recommend it anymore"

"Hosts were great and lovely and friendly. The hut was very cosy and warmed quickly with the log fire. It's worth noting there's no electricity on site, except a solar powered shared kitchen area and a few solar charged auto lights. The log burner gives off plenty of heat but not much light. A torch would be VERY beneficial. You're on site with lots of animals around which is brilliant for kids and like staying on a farm. Just be wary fly's in the hut can be a problem if doors' windows are left...

"Great open plan living/social space downstairs however upstairs whilst spacious presented its challenges. Too much light in master bedroom during the night from bathroom windows/skylight. Had to turn on the bathroom light when going to the loo waking partner! Separate lights perhaps? Bath towels very small and we are average height /build. A memory foam mattress is not to our liking and the duvet was quite heavy for this time of year. Very well equipped kitchen and social /entertainment...

"Beautiful, clean home from home with stunning views and nature all around. Tucked away in a field that gave us the beautiful peace and tranquility we wanted but only a short drive from the lovely markets and shops of Abergavenny. We loved it and will be back. Thank you."
