Staff can't do enough for you, so helpful and cheerful. Very feel good place to stay. Comfortable and feels safe even when travelling alone. Good dining choices even for breakfast. A happy place. We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place.
The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. But they were never hanging around us.
