"A gem of a find, a quite location,large car park,friendly staff,dog friendly with a large field off the car park, a great inn with a large beer garden, A great selection of beers & the food taken in the bar or garden was very good. After a power cut in the early morning ( no fault of their own) power back on at 9.15am they managed to provide a full English before we checked out. We would make a point of returning again."

"Booked a Signature room overlooking the golf course for a 3 night stay. On the first night it was abundantly clear the rooms air conditioning wasn’t working. Informed reception the following morning and advised maintenance would be notified. Despite 2 further visits to reception no repairs completed but an electric fan left in the room. Which isn’t ideal to have whirring away throughout the night. So very little sleep had. "

"Our stay was very good every item you wound need was there for cooking Tv all towels and cleaned every day, if there was one downside it didn’t have a lift as we were on the second floor and being in our seventies couldn’t carry our cases up fortunately we contacted the reception and they sent a person to help which was great other than that couldn’t fought it,"

"We had a lovely night away at this peaceful treehouse & didn’t want to come back. We fully immersed ourselves in nature, enjoyed the peace & quiet of the secluded surroundings listening to all the wildlife. The treehouse is so cosy and the views from it were beautiful. The lake was also a beautiful setting to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset. We even enjoyed the use of the composted toilet & pretended we were on celebrity get me out of here. We highly recommend this stunning peaceful location if you are looking to get away from it all & be totally off grid. We definitely want to come back again. Thank you Natasha & Grahame Possibly an outside shower but that didn’t bother us as we took our own!"
