We are in the heart of the beautiful Tarka Valley, between Bude and Dartmoor. It is perfect for getting away from it all, to unwind and relax; but it also offers a range of activities to entertain both young and old all year round. Our cottage is situated in a small and tranquil, privately owned, development of only thirteen properties and is set within 3.5 acres of land. Leisure facilities include a well stocked fishing lake with 5 fixed docks, a picnic area with a BBQ, picnic table and children's' play area. There is also an in-door swimming pool which is open daily, all year round. Swimming pool facilities include changing rooms, showers and toilets. N.B. The pool is unmanned - access is restricted to those staying on-site and is by key only. For convenience, there is a public phone on-site (outgoing calls only) and an on-site coin operated laundry room with automatic washing machines and dryer.
