"This hotel is not located in the Galleria area of Houston. The room was comfortable, and well taking care of. I enjoyed my stay here. One thing though, there is a gym located forty ft. behind the hotel that open its doors. - literally - at 6:15 am, and played music SO loud that I had to call the police! There is also a trainer there that yells like crazy as if he was at a military camp or something. Again, I had to call the police to report all this, because it happened daily! "

When we did arrive, she happened to be working the desk and she was very professional and helpful with information. The warm cookies were an added bonus. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered.
