When we contacted our host they said the cleaner had failed to show up to clean and didnt inform them. Which I understand things happen sometimes, however we had to spend all afternoon cleaning. "Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. She was very communicative and shared a number of restaurant recommendations with us, which we love when visiting a new city.
