Service was quite good as well. Location is quite central. Our stay was almost perfect but we were disappointed with our suite as it was not as pictured on the Expedia app, which was more modern looking and had better layout. The one we had was dated and had no separate space between the bed area and the living area. Front desk tried to remedy it but they were fully booked throughout our 3 nights stay. They gave us a complimentary prosecco after we expressed our disappointment as this was the first 5-star hotel we stayed in Europe, wherein the suite pictured on the website (in this case via Expedia app) did not match the actual room. We advised the front desk about this disconnect and to update their pictures on Expedia to include their dated rooms as we suspect the hotel was going through their renovation in stages. We just happened to be assigned the older suite. "

"Room was clean and the house keeping was pretty good, the only one thing need to improve would be the front desk, when I checked in, no information was given to me, I had to ask for every thing, ie. is there a pool, where is it. "

"The Adlon Kempinski hotel is exquisite. Its location can’t be beat. The Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are literally right outside the hotel. Our room was well furnished and it had everything that we needed. The decor in our room was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. We had an amazing breakfast upstairs with a beautiful view of the American Embassy and the Brandenburg Gate. The staff is what makes this hotel superb from the doormen, the receptionist, concierge, housekeeping, bartenders, and the lady-in-red. We stayed there for five days and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit the Adlon Kempinski again. "

"The room was very nice, really liked the amenities provided, the slippers, robe, toothbrush, those things go a long way. The breakfast was pricey but they had great options. We stayed for 3 days an unfortunately there was a group of players, kids and parents and they were so so loud, playing games in the hallway at 11pm and it was very diaruptive, the staff tried to get them to stop and did their best but that unfortunately lowered some points. Other than that, really liked the hotel."
