"Originally given a room next to some quite major refurbishment works. Works starting at 8.30am until 5pm. Plastic sheeting covering floor, plastic up over the walls, hole in ceiling above room door with wiring viewable, presumably for electrical work. Asked to move rooms which they did, but to be honest, they shouldn't have even considered that a suitable room in the first place. Good that they're doing maintenance, but could be managed much better. Also, ice machine on our floor not working. No sign to indicate that it was out of order - just a locked door. No sign to indicate where the nearest working one might be."

"This was our first trip to Berlin. The property is centrally located in the Mitte district which has a number of museums and historic sites - everything was easy to walk to. We would definitely stay again."

"We stayed four days in the family suite. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that everything in the minibar was free, including sparkling water, orange juice, wine and beer. The location is very well connected to the s-bahn and u-bahn. It was easy to get around. Unfortunately the pillows were old and barely supported your neck. So we did not get as good of a sleep as we could. Would stay here again."
