Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.

Very comfortable, all facilities good. Close to city centre. Room small (attic room) but that's what I paid for. Staff courteous and chatty and gave good advice. Not keen on the small TV in room but views more than made up for it. Tea, Coffee, biscuits, fresh milk, mini bar with local produce (mostly ciders), all very good. Breakfast was excellent with a highly varied and quality choice. En-suite clean, everything worked, plenty of goodies

Room was clean, but no television in room

I stayed in a single room that was fantastically decorated, clean, warm and had everything you would need for a great price. with great parking. On arrival i received a very warm welcome from the manager, throughout my stay the staff were excellent polite, very accommodating and made every effort to ensure a good stay.thank you. With work i have stayed at many locations and this one rates very highly indeed. The food was very quick to arrive and of a high standard the menu was varied....

We had 2 rooms at this property , we needed storage for 3 bikes overnight and this was not a problem. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, there was even a guest sitting room. Breakfast was very nice would stay again and recommend it

We booked on the spur of the moment for one night and definitely picked the best location in Ross on Wye. The hotel has a fantastic terrace with a great view and we were given a room with that view too when we asked. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable with lovely crispy white sheets. The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite, especially the waiter at breakfast who smoothly fulfilled our request to see the view again whilst having breakfast with smiles and no...

Really lovely hotel with fantastic public rooms. Cosy bar with log fire and home made cakes or cocktails later on. Food was delicious and service very friendly. Rooms are being upgraded and the views are beautiful.
