Rocco at reception was outstandingly polite and helpful; his guidance greatly assisted me in squeezing as much as possible out of a 24-hour visit. "Nice hotel, in a good location with beautiful view from the room. I just wish I did the reservation in advance for the restaurant on the top roof.The hotel is also close to metro for easy transportation.Wonderful staff and very helpful, on my departure for the airport my Uber was delayed and the front desk person was so nice and helpful he ordered us a taxi that came immediately and I made it on time for the airport. The staff at the restaurants were also very nice and polite, they delivered my breakfast before I left the city at 5 am. Thank you! "

"As hotels go, this is probably one of the better. The staff are very friendly. Hotel is very clean. The toilets are cleaned every hour bedsheets changed towels changing the daily basis. General appearance of the hotel is good for what we paid at the end of the day if your on a budget and just want to experience Paris to get your head down I can’t fault it"

"Bobby and I stayed at this hotel for a week in late July to watch the Tour de France. It was wonderful being just outside central Paris—quiet, yet only a 10-minute walk to the metro, with a bus stop right outside. The reception area was cozy, and we were warmly welcomed by Kavita, who truly made our stay special. She always greeted us with a smile, engaged in conversation, and even upgraded our room on day one for free! Daniel, also at reception, was fantastic—cracking jokes, helping us plan our days, and recommending the lovely La Crémaillère 1900 restaurant. Both Kavita and Daniel greeted us daily, asked how we were, and made us feel so at home. All reception staff were friendly, but those two really stood out. The facilities were great—we were surprised it was only 3 stars! The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym made it very relaxing. The bar and breakfast area were cozy, with sofas, a TV, and even a foosball table. Our room was comfortable with a nice view and strong shower pressure. Only minor wish: English breakfast tea and subtitles on the TV. All in all, we’d absolutely stay again and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris—especially if Kavita and Daniel are still there!"
