This was our second stay at this property. Our check-in was flawless. Michael was so helpful. Our room on the 7th floor was perfect - another great view of the Eiffel tower. We ate our breakfast on the balcony. Sad to leave.
Best value in hotels around Champs Élysées. Excellent and consistent service
fantastic room , very helpful staff , they could not have been more helpful
A perfectly located Hotel minutes walk away from the Arc de Triomphe...the staff from the door to the Restaurant were extremely attentive and the facilities were 1st class. A fabulous weekend enhanced by our stay,
Beautiful hotel Excellent location, just a short walk away from Champs Elysees and Arch du Triumph Nice breakfast Big bedroom with lots of light Excellent toiletries!
Fantastic location, the apartment was small but very nicely decorated. Road below was very noisy during the night.
Incredible all around stay. Combined business trip with family in tow. Room clean and spacious by Paris standards. Terrific, go-out-of-their-way service. Location speaks for itself. Breakfast was top-notch in gorgeous setting. Will be my go-to business or family hotel in Paris from here on out. Kudos ...
Great staff. A pool would have been nice as the kids love swimming
The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I read so many reviews for Paris hotels and settled in Hotel Napoleon ans was not disappointed!
