A clean and friendly hotel with a friendly welcome. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed when we arrived on Saturday evening. Very comfortable room. EV charging in the car park was a bonus.

We recently had a three-night stay at this hotel. The location between Pontoise and Cergy-Pontoise made it possible to easily access the train station in either location without a problem. This property is also about a 15-minute walk from the 3 Fontaines shopping center. We arrived quite late on our first night, but the night watchman let us in and checked us in cordially and efficiently. He made sure that we could access the wifi and that all of our questions had been answered. We were greeted warmly for breakfasts. They were very good, offering both a few hot items and a variety of cold items. Everything was well organized, and the dining area was calm while we were there. Our room was small, but everything in it worked, and it had been satisfactorily cleaned. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was difficult to climb in and out over the side of a bathtub without any safety equipment. Also, when taking a shower, water leaked out from under the glass surrounding the shower.

Je n'ai mis que 3 étoiles sur 5 car j'ai passé une nuit blanche. Je ne m'y attendait pas, mais l'hôtel ne dispose pas de climatisation ! pas possible de dormir avec plus de 30°C. dans la chambre en période de canicule, même en ouvrant la fenêtre (+ le bruit...) et même la porte la nuit... Pour moi il n'est pas normal de payer une nuit d'hôtel 100€ sans pouvoir dormir correctement. C'est vraiment dommage, car la chambre et la literie sont confortables, le petit déjeuner de qualité, avec de la baguette fraîche, rare pour être souligné, des croissants de qualité. Et un parking fermé. Vraiment dommage...

L’hôtel Hidden bonne impression m’a arrivé à l’hôtel l’horreur, il me donne une chambre qui n’est même pas faite me redonner une chambre, je dors et un cafard qui tourne sur moi c’était l’horrible. J’ai pas dormi de la nuit.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de climatisation dans les chambres.Dans ma chzmbre PMR ay RDC proche de la réception le 1er soir la chaleur était étouffante.
