"I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. "We had an excellent stay at Berkeley cottage. The location was perfect for getting into town very quickly, but was also very quiet during the night. Log burner made it very cosy and will be looking to return back soon!"

"We had a lovely stay. Cottage was perfect for two. Very cosy with everything we needed and very quiet. Very thoughtful touches left ready for us including a basket of logs for the fire and a hamper of goodies for our dog. Perfect location for exploring the area. We walked miles! Recommend a visit to Tar steps, Valley of the rocks and Baggy point. Also stunning beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Would recommend this cottage to everyone."
