"Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. However the 18% service charge automatically added to the breakfast buffet is outlandish. This is not the gratuity for staff; that's extra. So a breakfast buffet for 2 people totaled $103. Outrageous. Also they have a "gift shop" which consists of chips, pretzels bottled drinks. Very disappointing, Westin. "
