"I was in town for a wedding and looking for a nice hotel to stay at in the French Quarter. Don't be fooled by this being a Holiday Inn property. It is much nicer, in my opinion. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. A specific front desk employee named Serena was fabulous. She was incredibly nice and always had a smile on her face in my comings and goings through the lobby. The rooms are great, much more than what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for an affordable hotel that beats expectations and is an all-around great place to place your head at night when visiting New Orleans."
