The warmth of their presence carried over from the day we arrived to the moment we checked out four days later and would ultimately foreshadow our experience here. The staff who helped us check in, including Shalita Foe, also provided some very good suggestions of places to eat, shop, and explore during our time and to get a better feel of the city and community in New Orleans. Any questions we had were answered by the staff with confidence and out of true concern for our experience in New Orleans. As for our room, the staff did an excellent job each day of ensure that our room was sanitized and that our linens were changed properly.
