Unfortunately, we stayed in a room close to the outside cafe; the combination of the closeness of the cafe and activity in the square did not allow us very much sleep. If we were to return in the future, we would ask for a room on another floor."

"Always like to stop at a Hard Rock however this was a first time at this hotel on Madrid. Location is everything when traveling & this property"s locale is not great. It was necessary to walk miles or get transportation to the happening areas. Hotel breakfast was OK but again property not near any other eating establishments."

"Swimming pool opening hours are little a bit ridiculous. People are on holiday, hotel sign outside says 5* and you can swim 10am-9pm"
