This gem of a property offers an ideal seaside 'dream escape'. It is situated at the end of a private gated road, offering seclusion and privacy. It is within easy walking reach of Sandgate village voted by AIRBNB as being the Uk's number 1 holiday hotspot.

Set over two floors, there are two charming bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a large sofa bed so the entire apartment can sleep between 4 and 7 guests.
The entrancing interiors feature an imaginative and thoughtful artistic design. The apartment is bright and light, making it ideal for summer stays, whilst also offering homely furnishings and a toasty wood burner for winter months making the apartment enticing all year round.

Leading from the reception is a large terrace and breathtaking sea views.
The large master bedroom, with an eye-catching layout, boasts an ensuite bathroom and private balcony, which is the perfect spot to take full advantage of the continued stunning uninterrupted Seaview where you can breakfast in privacy or listen to the lapping of the waves on the beach as you have a nightcap. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen, cosy seating area with wood burner along with two tables for entertaining. Creating ample space for groups or celebratory occasions. The living room balcony is the real showstopper. It benefits from superb far-reaching, elevated views over the sea, with additional seating and a BBQ.

From the reception is a spiral staircase leading to another charming bedroom on the second floor that has either 3 single beds or a zip and link so can easily transform to a double bed and extra single, also enjoying spectacular views over to France on a sunny day!

The host has thought of everything a guest could wish for - from a fully catered service to a pre-stocked fridge, or an anniversary or birthday cake. A delightful, delicious hamper can also be ordered for a day out. children and woofs welcome
