"The ocean view from the balcony was awesome. Our room was very roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, the ceiling leaked water and they had to put pails in our room, the refrigerator leaked big puddles and we had to keep towels under it, the tv in one bedroom didn't work and they couldn't fix it, the maids came every other day and did not replenish the towels and the outside of the room by the elevators was filled with trash that people put there because the garbage cans in the rooms were tiny. The trash was not picked up all week. And people were smoking cigarettes and cigars on the balconies at night. Parking was very limited and we had to park next door at a restaurant."
